At Julia's Doing Nails, every set of press on nails is individually handcrafted to order with care and attention to detail. As each set is made by hand, slight variations are part of the unique nature of handmade products.
Handmade products
Minor variations in colour, placement, artwork, glitter distribution, embellishment or finish may occur and are not considered faults.
Sizing
Customers are responsible for selecting the correct nail size before purchasing. Please refer to the Size Guide and follow the measuring instructions carefully. Julia's Doing Nails cannot be held responsible for incorrect sizing chosen at the time of ordering.
Colour
I am to display product colours as accurately as possible. However, colours may appear slightly different depending on your device or screen settings.
Nail care & wear
The longevity of your press on nails depends on correct preparation, application, daily activities and aftercare. Individual wear times will vary.
For best results:
Follow the included application instructions and information available to you on the Julia's Doing Nails Website.
Avoid prolonged exposure to water for the first few hours after application.
wear gloves when cleaning or using harsh chemicals.
Avoid exposing cuticle and nail area to oils and moisturizers as this can dissolve the glue bond.
Remove nails carefully following the provided removal instructions to minimise potential damage to your natural and press on nails.
My press on nails are designed to be reusable when removed carefully, cleaned correctly and stored appropriately between wears. Reuse cannot be guaranteed if the nails are damaged during wear or removal.
Allergies & sensitivities
Some application products, including nail glue and adhesive tabs, may contain ingredients that can cause irritation or allergic reactions in some individuals. Please discontinue use immediately if irritation occurs. Julia's Doing Nails is not responsible for reactions to products supplied or chosen by the customer.
Product care
Store your nails in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat when not in use. Proper storage will help maintain their appearance and longevity.
Consumer guarantees
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. If a product is faulty, not of acceptable quality, or does not match its description, please contact me so I can resolve the issue in accordance with New Zealand consumer law.
Only use press on nails as directed.
Follow all application and removal instructions in your kit and on the website to avoid damaging your press on nails and natural nails.
Follow re-using guide for proper cleaning of your reusable nails.
Avoid submerging press on nails in water unless following the removal process. Avoid oils and moisturizers around the cuticle and nail area, avoid using your press on nails as tools as this can affect the longevity of your application by affecting the glue bond and cause damage to the natural nail.
Due to the custom-made nature of my press on nails, I am unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect sizing.
Your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 are fully respected.
If your order arrives damages, defected or you've received the wrong item, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. I'll work with you to provide a repair, replacement or refund.
Please note that normal wear and tear, incorrect application or removal, misuse or damage caused after delivery are not considered manufacturing faults.
Please double check your size and design selections before placing your order, as custom orders cannot be changed once production has begun.

Processing time
As each set of press on nails is custom-made to order, please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be created before it is dispatched.
Shipping
Orders are shipped via NZ Post with tracked delivery.
Standard Tracked Shipping: $8.95
Rural delivery: Additional charges apply where required.
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a tracking number via email.
Delivery times
Estimated delivery times after dispatch are:
Urban addresses: 2-3 business days
Rural addresses: 3-5 business days
Please note that these are estimated delivery timeframes only and may vary due to factors outside of my control.
Lost or delayed parcels
Once your parcel has been handed to NZ Post, delivery is the responsibility of the courier. If your parcel is significantly delayed, please contact me and i will assist you in lodging an enquiry with NZ Post.
Incorrect shipping information
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. I cannot accept responsibility for parcels sent to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
International shipping
At this time, I only ship within New Zealand.

All prices are displayed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD).
Payment must be made in full before your order is created and dispatched.

6. Returns & Refunds
As our products are custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or
incorrect sizing.
If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or does not meet the guarantees provided under New Zealand
consumer law, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assess the issue and provide an
appropriate remedy.
Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
